The Story
Lost Origin is a fermentation lab in Panama City, set up by Franz Zeimetz, a former craft brewer. The Navarro family grows the Geisha in Alto Quiel and picks at full ripeness. Franz's team depulps and ferments it in clean water before drying.

Washing takes the fruit away early, and what is left is the variety itself: citrus, florals, clarity.
