Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, is making excessive returns or exchanges. Any client engaging in excessive returns or exchanges may be removed from our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Julith Coffee. UAE & GCC

Please contact us via email at info@julithcoffee.com with your name, item name, and order number.

Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date, excluding all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds will not be granted if the item is damaged while in the possession of the customer.

Returns received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received after 10 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be provided.

INTERNATIONAL

The same terms apply to international shipments. However, we must receive the goods back before sending replacement items. Customers must return the goods at their own expense in the original packaging. If the items are unused and in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt.

If the error was caused by us, we will cover the shipment expenses.

All international customs clearance issues and import duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the consignee/customer. Please check your local customs regulations and limitations before placing your order. Julith Coffee assumes no responsibility for orders held by international customs.

If an item is refused upon delivery for international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided, and additional charges may apply.

Order Cancellations

We want you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Julith Coffee. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of the initial purchase.

Once the shipment is on its way to you, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel it.
